Objectives of Assignment:

• Your Assignment no 1 covers Lec#1 to Lec#7 Complete.
• You must know the Project management importance and its constraints.

There are different projects which are repetitive in nature; do you think that essential uniqueness of the project altered due to repetitive nature of the project? Prove your answer with the help of an example.

Suppose you are a project manager of a small project. Consider the example of accounts management system for Packages Pvt limited. Now you have to develop project schedule for the project. Time management is very important for any project development. As a project manager, what major processes you will consider for the development of the project Schedule?

Suppose you are working as a project manager. At first stage you have to start the project and make a plan for the project. You have to keep in mind few factors to avoid poor planning. Which are those problems which lead to poor planning?
