The Virtual University of Pakistan is Launching many programs and after its establishments on 2002. Virtual University now complete the 10 years of its success. It is the only University in Pakistan which teaches their candidates through broadcasting or online Lecture system. Virtual University of Pakistan is fully recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) it is also chartered by the Federal Government of Pakistan. Virtual University of Pakistan at the end of its semester invites many applications for the admission in its difference programs. Virtual University of Pakistan Teach all types of Journalism, Business, Psychology and Computer Science. The Virtual University of Pakistan Programs and Courses are divided in to two categories of Virtual University of Pakistan’s Masters Programs and Virtual University Programs by faculty. These categories are further divided into sub categories and those sub categories further divided in to sub categories.
The Master programs of Virtual University of Pakistan are divided in to two categories like MS Programs and Master Programs. The MS programs are very short format of study in Virtual University of Pakistan which only consists on 24- Credits hours and a candidate have ro obtain 3.00 CGPA to get its Degree. VU teach MS in Computer Science and MBA/MS in Business Administration in its MS Programs. The Master Programs of Virtual University of Pakistan is Consists on 72 Credit hours and a candidate must have to obtain 2.30 CGPA to get the Master Degree. VU teach MCS, MIT, M.Com, MB.Econ, MBA and Master of Business administration in this program.
Virtual University of Pakistan Programs By Faculty are divided in to 5 Categories of Faculty of Education, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Faculty of Management, Faculty of Arts and 2 years Bachelor programs. In Faculty of Education VU offers B.ED (Hons) elementary only. Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology is consists on BSCS and BSIT which are 132 credit hours long and a candidate must have to earn 2.25 CGPA. The Faculty of Management programs of Virtual University is divided into BSBA , BSPA, BSM, BS Marketing and BBIT. The Faculty of Management program is also 132 credit hours and a candidate must have to earn 2.25 CGPA. The Faculty of Arts programs are sub divided into 6 categories like BS (Accounting and Finance), BS Com, BS Mass Com, BS PSy, BS Bnk its criteria is same as Faculty of Management.
