Q No.1 Suppose Fast-Run is a bicycle manufacturing company which requires different items including aluminum, iron, tires, seats and bike chains etc to develop a complete bicycle. The company is currently facing the problem of planning and estimating the required items for manufacturing which sometimes leads to extra purchase of items and sometimes delay in purchasing these items. This company has already adopted “Just-in-Time” approach.

You are required to suggest a suitable system which can help the company in above case and also write four main roles, the suggested system can play for this company.                                [5 Marks]
