Question no 1: 5 Marks
Suppose you are working as project manager on a software project. You have to ensure the quality of the project. Now what types of standards you will consider for your project to manage the quality?
Question no 2: 5 Marks Suppose you are developing software for a banking system. You are working according to the plan and deliver the product timely. At the final stage, the customer requested for some change in the scope. How would you accommodate this change request? State your answer with any FIVE solid reasons
Question no 3: 5 Marks As switching tool, which is actually adopting new tools in the mid of the project is problematic for the development team. Why do you need switching tools, list at least three reasons and also write the two draw backs of switching tool in the mid of the project.
Question no 4: 5 Marks Software Configuration Management (SCM) takes care of changes in a software process. You are required to mention that which activities need to be performed in the SCM and discuss Software Configuration Items (SCI) with the help of an example? NOTE: Submit “.doc” file only.
