As per my knowledge and my understandings solution of Scenario no. 1 is as under below:

Shahid Agreeableness extroversion Colleagues say that he has extraordinary interpersonal Skills, a great social network & stay emotionally expressive always.
Akram Positive emotional stability He is normally found to be an optimistic person with positive thoughts, less

stress & no hyper attitude

Imran Conscientiousness Many people had been found calming that they depend upon Imran a lot in their daily routine work.
Zia Agreeableness He was found to be trust worthy,

Cooperative & good-natured.

 

 

 

Answer Scenario no. 2

 

  1. Openness to experience.

 

As per my recalling of scenario this type of personality has both qualities like, creative and innovative , obstacles remover , face challenges , these type of behaviors are very profitable in the organization and this is also very true that any  organization must remove obstacles to innovations. In this context we can also say that the creativity is a guarantee of success in any organization in the world.

 

  1. Agreeableness extroversion.

 

This type of personality has very big qualities like, courteous, tolerant, trusting. And very admirable quality is that they distinction between individuals, who get along well without others and those who do not high in agreeableness they are caring them. In the very simple words we can say about   those, they are the champions and they are winning player in every where in the organizations.

 

  1. Positive emotional stability.

 

As per my review the scenario I think that positive emotional means that a person who can handle all the critical issues with their emotional, and if those are found any discrepancy   in the staff work , they drive them to make improvement and excel in the said job with positive thinking and evaluation. They are also belonging to group decision maker and they prove that their decision is very profitable for the organization.

 

  1. Conscientiousness.

 

We can say about this kind of personality that who are dependable, described, organized, and responsible for any task, and they deal with extra care and minimize the expenditure of organization and maximize their profit. They are also neatness, carefulness, and fussiness. They put individuals on the right track, and make them the best in the organizations.

 

 

  1. Agreeableness.

 

Although I have been mention about the agreeableness but as per question              requirement I can say that they are trust-worthy, Cooperative & good-natured and cool minded, think wise and make decisions for betterment of organization. They are leaders, who inspire others with their style of work, and their friendliness, they are sociability and cordiality.

As per my study and interest with this subject I think that  agreeableness they are trust-worthy, Cooperative & good-natured and cool minded, think wise and make decisions for betterment of organization. They are leaders, who inspire others with their style of work, and their friendliness, they are sociability and cordiality.

of “Salary Cutting”, instead of rising conflict among employees? Justify your
